I have been involved with the Erie Art Museum for a long time and formally as a member of the Public Art Committee. We were so pleased to be a part of the museum expansion and to have a role in shaping this courtyard space in front of the addition that allows for gathering and events as an extension to the interior spaces. Beyond the courtyard, the east side is planted with native trees and wildflowers and the loading dock area is landscaped with edible plants.
The Erie Art Museum should always have us looking at our surroundings in a new way, and we are pleased to help improve the environment around the museum.
