Once again, Bob Southard and his buddies got together to help build another monument to our veterans. This time it was for them! The Korean Veterans envisioned this gate type monument that is very distinctive.
The memorial is just south of the WWII memorial and puts it in a sequence in the park. Accessible walkways in a goosefoot arrangement were incorporated and installed. A simple circular plaza with impressive lighting were installed along with the flagpole.
We are proud to have designed and been part of this effort to create this memorial!
