Russ joined Dahlkemper Landscape Architects & Contractors after high school graduation and has been with the company for over 35 years. He is a specialist in turf and plant maintenance. Married to Lori, they have 2 daughters. Russ spends much of his spare time coaching his daughter’s sports teams and enjoying his family.

TJ has been with us for 6 years now and has shown the interest and drive to care for your landscape. In his spare time you can find TJ and his wife Alissa playing the bagpipes with the Pipe and Drum Corps.

John is part of the Dahlkemper family, a cousin to Dan. His mother, Marlene managed the book keeping for many years. Seems like John has always worked in the business and knows it inside and out. He's had some sojourns with other companies but has made a home with us here for over 15 years. Experienced and professional defines John's approach to his work.

Dominic is a friendly and driven foreman handling a wide range of responsibilities, especially mowing routes. Be sure to say 'hi!' to Dom when you see him on site.
Maintenance Management Foreman
Emily has been working for us for over 10 years. She spent her summer breaks during high school and college working on a maintenance crew. She has learned many aspects the from the ground up, starting with giving her dad a hand with maintenance and even working on a construction crew for a summer. After obtaining her degree in Environmental studies along with a minor in Biology from the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford, she started full time in 2014. In 2018 she became foreman running her own crew. Her science background and work ethic is a great complement to our company culture. In her free time she enjoys photography, hiking, kayaking, soccer and just spending time outside.
Thank you so much for the beautiful backyard. I have been enjoying it so much! My "magical" lights still delight me and no further news from neighbors. The whole effect in the yard far exceeded my expectations. You and Mike did an outstanding job!
